  • I had a recall on my alternator and tried several times to get ahold of Sahara dodge, where I purchased the car to have them replace it. After 10 days of trying to get an appointment [they literally were not answering the phone] I called Towbin, and I'm very happy I did. First off I could reach service right away on the phone, and I got an appointment the same week! I was told it was going to take up to 2 1/2 hrs so I decided to wait. I was pleased to find a nice lounge area with refreshments, tv and FREE WIFI!! I mean if ur stuck somewhere for a while nothing is better than free wifi. To my surprise they were done with my car EARLIER than quoted! It took 90 mins and they washed it for free. I am very impressed. All the service attendants were very nice as well, all around a really great experience. When we need anything else we will come to you!
