  • Only came here because I needed a locking gas cap for my Dad's Dodge & I was trying to avoid shipping charges through Amazon. While I was there, I decided to pick up some batteries for my keyless remote. Last time I was in, (6 mos ago?) the cashier was very nice & super helpful w/this little errand! Today though, "Andy" advised me to take my business to Wal-Mart "because we don't do that kind of stuff here". Alrighty then! I've been here a handful of times for minor things. And it's basically always like this. Meaning the customer service runs hot & cold...depending on the day, the person you snag, & maybe even if Mercury is in retrograde! Lol...
