  • If I was able to lower it to zero stars...I would. After finally moving out...the apartment set me up on a payment plan. One that they couldn't even follow up on. I call in for payments...leave messages and no response. Now...i'm sent to collections...and the apartment will still NOT respond to anything. When I call and talk to someone...i'm told I should have dealt with it sooner. SO...MY CALLS MEAN NOTHING?!?! The office is so overwhelmed and understaffed they don't have time to respond to requests from anyone. Current residents or former. Save your money and live somewhere else.
