| - My husband and I went in to this Babies R Us location over the weekend. We were looking for baby hearing protection headphones. At the time, they were out, but a cashier said they would get them in on Tuesday. Tuesday, I went in to this store and was told they never got them in. This morning, I called, because I did not want to drive the whole way there and them not have the item. A guy answered, I did not take down his name, but he said "Our inventory shows we have them on hand!" I said, "Thanks, I will be right down!" So, I drove there and went to customer service. The woman at customer service said, "If they aren't on the side panel, we don't have them." I told her, "I spoke to a man on the phone who said you do have them." She went to the stockroom to check, and said they never got any in. It would be great if someone would have told me that over the phone. I am also a cashier, and that was pretty bad customer service. So, I drove 30 minutes out of my way to the Babies R Us on Bell Road, where they had them :)
