  • 5 Stars for the installment team from Desert Hot Tubs. I'd like to give 0 stars for the store. We bought our 1st Hot Springs from this business 17 years ago, had all the repairs and replacements made through them for 17 years. Dedicated customers with top of the line therapeutic spa. Decided to replace the old one with a smaller one before another repair needed. Knowing that our Hot Springs spa was the best we went in to look at smaller models. We got no trade in value on the old one. Were sold a smaller tub that the salesman said was just like the more expensive Hot Springs tub except under a different line. Were excited to get the new tub and then discovered that it was basically a warm bath, no real power on the jets. The owner of the business charged us $1310.00 to exchange it in addition to $3,300 to upgrade to a Hot Springs that we should have gotten in the first place had we been told of the power difference. Then told us we couldn't get the color we wanted and sold us whatever they had left in stock at no discount. Love the new Hot Spring spa. Feel that the owner ripped us off, did not stand behind his product or offer any apology.
