  • My friend and I both got screwed by delta. She had a flight out at 230..that got delayed to 6,then to 8. until she bitched at them and they promised her a flight out by 6..me,however originally got a flight at 7..currently delayed til around 8. I wanted to change it to an earlier flight I was told there was a $200 Service fee...where if I had made the better choice to go through Alaska that charge nor the $25 fee for my one checked bag. When I checked in it asked me to change my flight due to being over booked..they made no effort to switch my flight even after asking. Employees were super rude. Do yourself a favor and go through another company
