Very fast, very courteous, very responsive to feedback but a little sloppy.
For two front tires I was in and out in 45 minutes including the waiting time! Unfortunately, when I got in the car, the tire pressure light was on. Sometimes this happens and you need to drive a few miles for it to reset but my car is not one of those. I checked the pressures and they had overinflated by 10 lbs. Is this a safety issue? Not immediately.. But it would have made for a rougher ride, caused an bad wear pattern and eventually increased the chance of hydro planing. I let the pressure down in the parking lot then mentioned it to the guy at the front and he was immediately apologetic and offered to have them fix it. I said don't worry about it, not a big deal, I'll fix it.
Just stuff to be aware of any time you get tires anywhere. I may have just happened to get the new guy filling my tires and no one checked after him.
Would I go here again? Well, my normal tire shop was closed when I needed the tires swapped so I'd go to my normal shop if I had the choice. But I'd still come back here as my second choice. They're good overall.
