waste of my time! I scheduled an appointment for contacts, I've been wearing them 35 years....I know my eyes and what I can wear. They insisted on a trial pair but had to order my Rx. a week later I go back to pick up trial pair. They insisted I MUST make a follow up appointment. But why? if the trials are good, what's the point? just to say yeah, you're good. The trials didn't work, wrong Rx. Back for ANOTHER appointment. ANOTHER trial pair, and they finally work. I call to say Yes, these work, now place the order. they don't take orders over the phone I MUST return to place the order. WHAT? This is my 4th trip just to order contacts? sigh. If it wasn't for insurance needing to cover the order, I would have gone elsewhere. I don't have time for 5 appointments just to get contacts!
Follow up to my initial post:
I received an email from corporate office wanting to offer an apology for my experience. While that was nice, it still doesn't solve the problem at hand. They said the problem will be addressed with the district manager and I hope they can make some changes. I will gladly update this review if the process improves. However, I'm not sure I will know since I never want to waste another minute in their store than I have to.
Stay tuned...
