  • I'm going to bump this place down a star because of the customer service I recently received at the pharmacy (however the workers at the front are typically very nice). I won't belabor you all with extraneous details; however, I couldn't get a prescription refilled because I didn't have my license on me. I have filled prescriptions there dozens of times; I even had my insurance card, credit and debit cards with my name on all of them. To make a long story short, I tested a theory and went to a different Rite Aid (I won't disclose which one), and the prescription was taken no questions asked. I never really liked this branch anyway...
