  • Very disappointed with this place. My daughter and I had an appointment for 5:00..we got there 10 minutes early. They were very rude towards my daughter and I. The place was dirty and felt that there was a huge lack of communication. If you were a regular you were treated differently. First timers get a different experience...one that I will say to you was not favorable. I ended up walking out with my nails not done after waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes!!! The guy, Tom- owner that sits in the front desk was taking his dear sweet time because of the attractive girl he was taking care of and this was the same girl he was working on when we first arrived. Appts that are made ahead of time are for a reason so you do not have to wait long as opposed to a walk in person!!! Tom's lack of communication with me mixed with the inept employees who are not cross trained in how to do pedicures and nails is ridiculous... My daughter had someone who filed her nails down to short and kept changing the prices on her and then in the end did not even clean up three fingers that had nail polish on them. This piece of crap nail shop should have an education on how to treat ALL people and if you do not have the manpower to take care of customers correctly then do not schedule appts you cannot deliver!!! Get it together Tom and stop flirting with a Kardashian wantabee customer and her friend or customers and run your shop professionally!!!
