This is the first show of Nearly! Naked's that I had seen - Angels in America. Both parts. We had a friend in the show and I had always wanted to see the show. We just never got the chance and when this chance came up we snagged it. We did both parts of the show in one day and it was terrific! The performances were very good and the use of the smaller "black box" theater was a new element. I thought that the set was nice and the actors used it well during their multi-role performances. What my husband and I really appreciated was that the actors did not use microphones which is unusual these days. The direction was very imaginative and used the space, set and actors to it's highest advantage. It was a dates piece of theater but it still held the impact that was there when first produced. It was a terrific day at the theater.
