Excellent management/staff. I am a Palladium member and I booked he hotel using their concierge service; booking through them I was entitled to a upgrade and breakfast vouchers. As it turns out, Fairmont no longer honors Palladium members since they now have their own chase card. Jose at the front desk was wonderful and worked with me to find a room (even though they were at 98% capacity) which was much nicer than the room we were originally booked in. I did incur a $150 upgrade fee however I will address this with JP Morgan. Jose also gave me the breakfast vouchers out of courtesy. I have stayed at many Fairmont's all over the world and this one has the best service, hands down. We rented cabanas for 2 days and it was wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone. This turned out to be a wonderful stay; it could have been awful due to JP Morgan error however due to excellent management and people like Jose everything worked out as we wanted. Thank you.
