| - I was visiting from California, and a friend recommended that I go to this clinic to deal with a couple of issues. On the plus side, at the time I showed up there was only one other patient in the waiting room (which was unusual according to the receptionist). I was very happy with the intake person, and with the doctor. I'm giving it three stars because although the doctor prescribed eye drops for my pink eye, when I showed up at the pharmacist to pick up the prescription, there were 6 little bottles, however, I didn't realize I only needed one bottle, so I was out about 65 bucks. The pharmacy wouldn't take back the rest. I called Health Care Partners, and they said they sent the correct amount to the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy back and they said they received the order from Health Care Partners which indicated six bottles. I tried to call back Health Care Partners, but was put in 'infinite hold'. I know I won't be able to get any credit for the unused bottles, but I thought that the way the drops were prescribed was sloppy work.
