I was very impressed by the cuts available for restaurant week! For $35, the dinner included lamb chops and filet mignon. Most restaurant week deals in other Brazilian BBQ establishments in other cities (such as Fogo de Chao and Chima) have removed these items to cut costs so I'm very pleased that TdB stands ahead of the pack in that regard.
Furthermore, I tend to prefer my steak prepared rare and the gauchos did a fantastic job honoring that request. Along those lines, the service was also speedy and the pao de quejo came out piping hot.
I am only docking a star for the lack of swordfish and seared pineapple that is often served at Brazilian BBQ. The salad bar could also use some maintenance and more options such as kale could be included. Other than that, all of the meats were of exceptional quality and cooked exactly to my liking.
