  • If I could give them 0 stars, it would be more accurate. My friend sees one of the doctors in the group so, I made an appointment with Dr. Bourell. I thought he was great and was excited to find an electrophysiologist in Vegas that I liked and trusted. He told me at the end of the appointment that he was moving back east. Well......whaaat?! Why did they set a new patient up with a doctor that was on his way out?! OK, I'll try once more. I researched the doctors in the group and found Dr. Gururaj. I waited for months to get an appointment with him. I had been in CA for a few weeks and had to cut my time short there in order to drive back to Vegas for my appointment. I drove for hours and got to Vegas tired, but ready to meet the doctor. I drove over to the Mt. View office and was told that the doctor wasn't in. They told me they sent me a letter cancelling the appointment. A letter??!! What year is this?! A phone call, a text, an email maybe but, a letter?! I hadn't even had time to pick up my mail before I went to the supposed appointment!!! The doctors may be good or not, I don't know but, the practices of this office are inexcusable. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
