I had a great 1st year of service. I have the Prism wireless DVR box and that is fantastic. I also have fiber optic internet service and it is decent speed. My second year has been the worst but not with the cable or internet but with customer Service. I was quoted $92 a month to sign up for year 2 and was ecstatic but the problem is that every month my bill comes and is significantly higher. I then have to call in and spend over an hour talking with person after person until someone finally gives me a credit and assures me the problem will be fixed for next month. The problem is never fixed and I just cannot wait for this headache to be over. You cannot trust their customer service they are extremely disorganized. I do not usually write reviews but I wanted to warn you. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT!
