My first Mercedes purchase. I was so excited to buy my car and I do absolutely love it. The day of purchase was long and very drawn out but I did leave very happy! However, the customer service since the day of purchase (10/14/17) has been absolutely much to be desired. They make you feel like royalty while you are there to purchase an 80k vehicle but as soon as you drive off the lot, the needs for you or your car are their last priority. They are late or completely forget your appointments, don't call you back at all or leave messages stating they have been busy for two weeks, and literally tell you to watch YouTube videos to learn how to use the technology of the car you purchase? Even when you respond to the customer service survey, that they ask you to complete and send to you, with your concerns you get no response or care for the negative experience? I feel sure there will be the blanket response to this but the care won't be there. I was just a number that the sales person and GM bonus from. I would highly recommend a Mercedes but not from this dealership!
