  • I was taking my car and my husbands truck here. They started off doing a great job, however the time that I spend $152 on a triple wax they put a kid on the vehicle that seemed to not care about anything and who acted like he did not want to work on my car. He destroyed the clear coat in three different places on my car and all the manager and general manager would say is that it is from your car setting outside. Which is BS. I have a a luxury car and it is only 6 years old and it does not sit in the sun, it sits in a garage and while I am at work it sits in a parking garage. Now they will not call to try and save my car or my business. I have even taken my car to another car cleaning place and they even said it was due to the people who last cleaned my car. I will never return to this place. I was even told to email the owner and with no surprise to me I have not received any response from him either. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE OWNER DOES NOT SEEM TO LIKE TO CLAIM OWNER SHIP OF THE DAMAGE HIS NON-TRAINED KID WORKERS DO. So, with that being said, we took my husbands truck there and we sat and waited for someone to start cleaning the inside and drying the outside, however the kids that were in the lane where we were told to park our truck they finished the car in front of our truck so we though, "OK, they are going to start on our truck, finally." However that was not the case. These kids skipped our truck and started on the car behind our truck, that were there a good 20 minutes after we had already been sitting there waiting. THIS IS A PLACE THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE AS THEY SEEM TO NOT CARE ABOUT THE VEHICLES AND DON'T CARE IF THEY GET DAMAGED. THEY ALWAYS FIND SOME WAY TO BLAME THE DAMAGE ON YOU AND NOT THEIR NON-TRAINED KID WORKERS!
