  • As a regular at this bubble tea place, I can assure you that while bubble tea seems to be a hit or miss for me, Qualitea is definitely a hit. I have a regular drink (litchi lemonade green tea with tapioca, no ice, less sugar) that the person working there has memorized, and she's always super friendly and efficient. It has good internet connection on the days when it's not packed full of students from the high school across the street, so when I decide to sit down and study there, the employee will even bring me my drink instead of having me wait at the side. There used to be 2 people working there, but recently I've only seen one, and it has really put a damper on their efficiency, especially right after school when it can take around 20 minutes to get your order. With the number of customers that Qualitea accommodates every day, I really think they should hire some more just to boost their efficiency instead of just having one person hold down the fort.
