  • Traveled all the way from Spring Valley to Henderson just to take my dog to the ever-so-famous water park for my dog's birthday only to find out: 1) The water park is not an enclosed area. My dog absolutely cannot be off the leash if it's not a fenced area so this being out in the open is not okay. 2) The water park closed on October 1st. Very disappointing but it makes sense since fall has begun but we all know vegas stays hot until mid-November. 3) It was much smaller than photos make it appear. Very disappointed but I took my dog to the large dog park and it was very very well kept. Clean, friendly dogs, tons of room, good landscaping, etc. Probably won't be back because it's such a far drive and also I only wanted to go to the water park and it's not a fenced area :( But I'd recommend it for people that live nearby.
