  • Went to Beauty Line for a quick polish, the technician Karen was friendly and did a decent job. HOWEVER, while selecting a color, I showed one of the technicians (didn't get her name) a specific OPI color (Tickle my france-y) I had in mind. She pulled out another OPI color (Taupe-less beach) with a grayish purple undertone and said it is the same color. I mentioned that it has a different name and looks different. She then turned around to tell another technician that I am color-blind in Chinese. Extremely offensive. 0 star if that was an option.
