  • First time going here on a recommendation. I went for a gel mani and pedi. My nail tech (didn't catch her name) sat me in the pedi chair. She handed me two books with barely any color selection, maybe 30 colors total. 5 mins later another girl sits next to me getting a gel pedi and her nail tech gave her a selection of about 100 colors that you typically get at a nail salon. Not sure why she treated me lesser. She did a good job with the pedi. When she started on the mani she did a terrible job. She never asked me any questions about what I wanted but she was having conversations with the other employees the whole time. She just assumed that I wanted the same color on my nails as the pedi even though I said I want this color for my toes. She didn't ask what shape I wanted my nails and both of my thumbs are uneven, some parts are shorter than the other. I asked her to do a basic design and showed her a picture and she said right away "no I can't do that". I have attached a pic of the nail design I requested...should not be any problem for a licensed nail tech to do. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because she did a good job on the pedi. I'm sure the rest of the staff wasn't as bad as the girl i got. I wish I got her name so other people know to stay away from her. No customer service from her. Oh and now an update....did them on Friday...the thumb nail is now peeling off!!!!!! Wow never have I had professionally done nails peel that fast. Lowering it to 2 stars. Wish I never came to this place. Waste of money.
