  • I will not give this practice one star. A chipped front tooth was repaired and fell out within a year. Later, I called to make an appointment and was literally denied for a no show appt. that had been resolved. His office staff, namely the receptionist he has had for a long time, is absolutely the most disrespectful person; rude beyond reason for no discernable reason. I complained to Dr. Patterson and in addition had the friend who referred me tell him how unreasonable I had been treated in his front office. There was absolutely no reconciliation of the matter. Excellent dentistry can be found on every other block. Why go to a practice that clearly will not make amends for a mistake or repair poor dental work? Yes, Dr. Patterson's demeanor is caring but his staff is deplorable. I found an outstanding dentist to correct Dr. Patterson's work for a reasonable price with my dental insurance. I suggest finding an office that will treat you like a respectful human being. Btw, I was VERY nice and still treated very poorly.
