  • Everyone here, from the salesman to the finance guy, was an absolute JOY to work with. We bought a pre-owned, certified Jetta - certainly not a huge commission sale, however the salesman, Tom, went above and beyond. He found a car that met our needs at another lot, then went to pick it up and have it ready for us on his day off just because it was convenient to our schedule. When checking it out, we noticed a dent that we were unaware of - the body guy took it back to the shop right then and there to remove and repair it (for no charge) without us even asking. We bought the car for a great price, and they even surprised us with new VW floormats. All in all - a fantastic experience!!
