I was so impressed with the Big Two Toyota Service team last week when I took my car in to be serviced. Everyone from the Service Director- Jason Briggs, Billy Garlin, and even the shuttle driver, Corey. These guys are amazing! They definitely made up for a negative first impression I had of them last year when I initially considered taking my vehicle there.
They took care of me, and all the vehicle issues I had- Safety Recall issues, radio not working, and some blown fuses. From beginning to end, the Service team really came through for me. They were professional, prompt, and friendly. This by far was the best experience I had at any Toyota dealership. If you had any previous issues, give them a second chance to make it right. They sure did for me! I would definitely recommend them.
