  • I had the pleasure of working with Lizeth. Not only was she super friendly but she was knowledgeable. She gave me advice, helped me find write offs that I had missed and also how to better prepare myself for next year. I also had help with any business questions I had as I am an independent contractor looking to start my own business (LLC). Right away, she saved me money there by showing me resources that were free or low cost so that I didn't have to use companies that charge ridiculous fees to set up an LLC. Within the past few years, because of me being self employed, I've had to pay out of pocket for my taxes (5 digit numbers!). I haven't had a return in years and just last year I was charged almost $350.00 in preparation fees from a different tax preparation service. This wasn't the case with Simplex. Not only was I charged LESS money in preparation fees, but she was able to get me a return which, as I said , I haven't had in 5 years! I'll definitely be back and I recommend using Simplex for your tax needs. Lizbeth was awesome and I'm very happy with their service!
