  • You know what sets Dr. Hao apart? 1) He uses an intraoral camera, which is a dentist camera to take a photo for every single one of your freaking teeth. 2) He will take these photos with his camera on your first visit. And he will take again before/during/after any operation of a certain tooth. He's sort of obsessed with documenting everything the way Yelpers document a dinner, and honestly he's right to do this. 3) He's always right. He really is. I learned so much about dental hygiene from him. My other dentists (I had 5 before Dr. Hao) just perform the service, pat you on the back, and off you go. Dr. Hao is not a dentist running a business, he's a dentist who wants everyone to be healthy. I'm just terrible with making phone calls and this is the ONLY place that accepts email communications. And I mean comparing to health offices, fitness studios, optometrists, restaurants, everything because nobody wants to communicate via email. It's very easy to communicate with 720 King West Dental office as well as WITH DR. HAO. I will receive his responses via email too if necessary! He's not out-of-reach!! Again he's a dentist who really cares about health and he's always here for the clients! I love my hygienist and she loves her job. She's so lovely and it's always a great visit every time.
