  • Very rude, condescending, and snobby office staff. I tried to make an appointment for my fiancee who's a physician, by the way. The office staff spoke on the phone very rudely, inappropriate, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, she sounded nasally, high-pitched voice, and very arrogant. Ugh, if I could, I would have punchedd her through the phone. I recommend going elsewhere, to a professional ophthalmology practice that will treat you respectively and have a lesser chance of misdiagnosing you. The office staff is the first impression of how well the service and the doctors are.
