  • Goettl came out to check my heater that was having issues. The system would randomly turn off and not work sometimes. Goettl's technician told me I possibly had a cracked heat exchanger and would be best to purchase a whole new unit at over 6k. I decided to atleast get a second opinion from a different company. The new company inspected my heater and mentioned I had dirty coroded sensors that needed cleaning, otherwise the system looked great. My system now works 100% fine no random shut downs. Goettl was great with my AC service but this time was a huge let down. I feel bad for other customers who take the advice without second opinions and waste thousands of dollars. Maybe that's how goettl affords all those radio commercials and advertisements.
