  • CURLY GIRLS AND HIGHLIGHT ENTHUSIASTS: REJOICE. Curly Girls: You have to go see Jessica. Right now. Drop what you are doing and book an appointment. She has an eye for creating a lovely shape for my fine but curly hair. (Type 3A if you want to get technical.) Highlight Enthusiasts: You have to go see Jessica. Yesterday. I have had highlights before. Blonde traditional highlights that got lighter and brassy with every session. So I was anti-color for a long time. Until I tried balayage. Now I am hoooooked. Jessica is an artist. My highlights are perfect and not overwhelming. The color lasts. I could not be happier. Best of all: she listens. We have tweaked it the past two of three sessions to get to the PERFECT shade for me. (Facilities are lovely, too. Enjoy a glass of wine or a diet coke. Use the wifi. Enjoy a hot towel wrap at the end of your shampoo. It's a great salon.)
