I initially called their main line listed for quotes on their website - 480-833-1111 - and spoke to Irene. She was fantastic! Great customer service. But, apparently I called the wrong office. They did not service my area. So, I was given the number to another office and told that she would pass my request and information to Karl, the manager of that location. She said Karl would follow up with me within the hour to schedule the appointment. Karl did not. I called and left a few messages before he called me back to hash out the details.
I just wanted a basic spray down, inside and outside of my home. Nothing toxic. I did not have an infestation or a major problem, but did notice increased insect activity.
The service tech came out early and called beforehand, but his visit felt rushed to me. Yes, it's hot outside. It's Arizona during the summertime. I get all that. But, I was hoping to be educated about the whole process a little bit. When I initially set up the appointment I asked for a seasoned exterminator as I had just purchased my first house and wanted someone that could come out and identify any trouble areas and offer suggestions how to resolve them. I believe the guy that came out was named Bobby. He worked quickly and was done in less than 30 minutes. When he left, I didn't feel like I had a better understanding of what to look out for or how to treat it. We did briefly discuss the fact that I needed some cracks to be sealed and caulked inside and outside the house. He took down my email address and said he would get me a quote or a referral in a few days. It's been over a week now and I have not heard back.
I didn't sign a contract, but I did preset another visit next month for an additional exterior spraying. I'm going to make sure I can be there the day they come out so I can pick the technician's brain a bit.

I decided to go another route for my pest control needs and canceled the visit scheduled for next month.
