  • I'll break it down this way: The Good, The Bad and The UGLY. The Good: Great location if you want to be in the midst of city life, apartments very contemporary, pleasant leasing agents, great amenities. The Bad: columns in the main sections of the rooms rather than being placed in the corners, piercing fire alarms that go off more than they should, hallways kept warm even in the middle of summer, dust all over the place, pricey for what you get, terrible washer & dryers.
