  • At CES, where bad food is around every corner, it was refreshing to see food trucks. Sausagefest, in particular, came highly recommended. The longanisa banh mi was an interesting sausage. It didn't really taste like longanisa nor did it really taste like a banh mi. It was just an average sausage on a bun with lightly pickled daikon/carrots. I was full but it didn't hit the spot. Perhaps their American choices will fare better.
