  • Staff is friendly but the wait was too long. I made an appointment and was 15 min early for that appointment; however, they took all the walk-ins in the waiting room in ahead of me. I think an appointment should trump a walk-in, but that's just me! I did mention it to staff because I was trying to make it to work on time and they were super sympathetic and apologetic about it.
