  • I was in dire need of a pedicure and decided to try a new place, Nail FX which was super convenient; close to my home. The reason for the two star is that my toes clearly looked better than what they were, however the overall experience was not good. 1. A man was sitting at the front of the salon on his computer, learning to play a guitar. When I asked about their pedicure services / prices, he looked at me dazed and confused. I could tell that he worked there, however his computer / guitar appeared to be more important to him... this should have been my first clue to leave and go elsewhere! 2. The entire pedicure from start to finish was 30 minutes. My experience with all other pedicures is 45 - 60 minutes. 3. Massage: Don't count on it. Lotion was put on my feet and legs with a few swipes (no massage), maybe one minute on each leg / foot. The young lady did not even rub the lotion in, it was so quick, she actually took paper towels and wiped the lotion off! I was shocked! 4. Calluses: Forget it... she did the bare minimum, in fact, when I got home, I had to soak my feet and complete the pedicure, thus removing the calluses. 5. Did not talk at all. Did not even ask me to choose my polish, I had to ask her if she wanted me to pick my polish... wow! 6. The young lady doing my pedicure (she had very long coffin nails) was continually turning around and watching the TV. Seemed to be more interested in that then her job. I will not go back, nor do I recommend Nail FX in Henderson located at Wigwam and Pecos.
