  • Im a Gold member. Have had no problems with this establishment in Vegas. They have lots of cars to choose from and they are Clean cars. Once there, after hopping on the hertz bus, which is very full...walk to the hertz area, Gold members head outside to the garage area...they have a lighted billboard with your name and stall number where your vehicle is...i usually get upgraded. Drive the vehicle out, they check your contract, which is in the car when you arrive to it, ask if you want the fuel option and check your license and out you go. Easy check in and return. I like doing business with Hertz but I have had 2 cars break down on me. Would I recommend them? Yes. Both times the cars broke down on me I was given a replacement vehicle.
