This has been the worst experience. Being on the phone with Ashley HomeStore, a delivery company in Phoenix, and Corporate there still isn't a resolution with my end table. A new one would have been delivered today (10/20) but the wrong table was delivered. As far as the warranty is concerned I will need to purchase a NEW warranty for a table that is defective. I read another review that said the same thing. This was never explained to us and we were told that any damage would be covered. So at this point, another technician is coming to "asses" the table before a new one can be delivered. Who knows about the warranty because it is all chaotic and not explained, feels like they change their story once something is purchased. The quality of the furniture is not good, the customer service is horrible, and the communication is the worst. Never ever again.
