A Vegas landmark! This is one of the few places in Vegas that hasn't been knocked down and it still looks the same since the first time I was here, 18 years ago. It hasn't changed.
There are some interesting finds here. What I love about this place is some of the new vendors since the last time I was here. Ooooh.... and the smell of cinnamon rolls down every aisle. Yummm....
I recommend checking out:
The tea booth, Tia's Mexican cafe, the juice stand next to it, the cinnamon rolls, chamango & fresh fruit smoothies, Sun's Thai beef/salmon jerky, & the Pierogi Cafe.
Yes, the snakes are still there. They also have these badass art sculptures made from wires? -- Transformers, Star Wars, and other popular movie characters.
I also saw some pakalolo (marijuana) incense for a $1. haha.
A couple years back I picked up a taser. Not sure if they still have it here.
Now about the teas:
I recommend checking out the tea booth. They have teas for diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol. Increased energy, libido, clear skin and other health conditions. They offer samples and tips. I have 3 of their teas and dried goji berries (you can eat it and make an energy tea from it, gives me sustained energy throughout the day, no crash. I rarely need coffee now. And their goji berries are the same price (or maybe cheaper than Sprouts). They also give you tip sheets about how to make each tea to get the most benefits.
Teas I have: (All caffeine free) --- I've been drinking for the past 4 weeks.
- Organic Wild Kudingcha - for diabetes --- My dad's, uncle's and my blood sugar are in the normal healthy zone after drinking a cup of this tea. Highly recommend for diabetics.
- 7 Years Aged Prime White Tea Leaves --- clear, younger looking skin and removes dark spots. Immune booster, lowers blood pressure.
- Snow Treasure Chrysanthemum Tea -- prevents colds, helps liver, vision, blood pressure, blood pressure, etc.
- Dried Goji Berries -- increased and sustained energy throughout the day. Libido, memory, concentration, and many other health benefits.
TIPS:
- Fridays - are not as busy, but less selection. Recommend going on Saturdays.
