  • My car desperately needed a "bath" and since this was close I thought I would give it a try. The reviews were kind of all over the board which didn't help me a whole lot, so I knew I had to review it and help my fellow Yelpers out! The prices are not great, for one. They have 4 different "levels" of washes but the more I think about it., it's the same wash just different finishes and add-ons that increase the price. Duh, right. So I got the 2nd one (not the most inexpensive, one up from that) which was called The Works. It included the wash, sealer wax, oil on the tires, glass cleaning, but NO ARMOR ALL on the dash. WTH? Why wouldn't this be included? If I got the next level up, it would be. But my wash cost $15.99 versus the 3rd level of $19.99. Sheesh. I can save the $4 and armor all it myself. My wash seemed to take forever. Must have been a busy time. They have a nice indoor area to wait in since they also offer car maintenance services, which I didn't need. Things I didn't like about this place: The guy initially helping me out of course tried to upsell me on the most expensive wash. Not gonna happen. Then the next expensive wash just because it included the armor all/conditioning cream of the interior. Nope to that one. I can certainly understand that that is part of their job to get customers in and to purchase the more expensives wash but geez. Second, I didn't like that I can't keep my eye on my car while it's being vacuumed. (Sp?) This place is built like a rotunda (thus the full "Circle") but maybe I'm just naturally distrusting of people, but I want the option of seeing my car. You can watch it as it's being put into the wash area, but then you have to walk outside a little ways to claim your car and see if it's ready. I wasn't about to wait outside in 110 degree heat for my car so I opted to wait inside. Just a preference. One other thing, if you do need to have your car serviced, they do have windows looking into the bays so you can keep an eye on your car's progress that way. They also offer the same viewability in their car detailing area. Overall, I prefer TNT off Bell in Surprise. It's much quicker, they do a better job, and they offer a coupon to help bring the price down a few dollars. My wash was satisfactory but I think it's a little overpriced for what they actually offer.
