  • Echo & Rig is one of my favorites in Summerlin. If you're looking for your ideal steak, an awesome salad, excellent meat or sandwich, or a range of tapas style side dishes, Echo & Rig is your place! Their cuts of meat are cooked perfectly and their sauces are awesome (I recommend peppercorn). As far as the sides go, you MUST order the portobello mushroom fries and the mac & cheese, and the rest of them are fantastic as well. The service is also on par, the waiters really make an effort to make you feel catered to.
