  • I love Dr Pham, she is great, but the people that work at reception are terrible. They are rude and they generally don't know what's going on. They called to ask me to reschedule an appointment because their schedule changed. When we agreed on a time, she said "Bingo" and hung up on me before I could even find out which date it was for. That is so unprofessional.
