  • My husband and I stopped in tonight to shop with our baby and had the worst shopping experience ever, anywhere! We were minding our own business and had just turned to look down the seasonal aisle and there was a woman who had dropped some things that she was looking at, but appeared to have had it under control so neither of us thought anything of it. Apparently that was where we made our mistake, her husband had come back from the food stand with drinks and asked her what happened and she started making comments about how my husband didn't even bother to help her how he wasn't a man and definitely not a gentleman and so I mentioned to her that we didn't know she needed help and she told me to "shut up" really loud and started fighting with us!! She began swearing at us and calling us racist names all because we didn't pick up the stuff she dropped! Where were the people that worked there? Why couldn't she ask for help? Why weren't they helping her? Why was this all of a sudden our fault and why did it have to be a race thing?! The employees came to watch the scene, but nobody did anything! A couple of them apologized, but they didn't ask those people to leave, THEY verbally attacked us! So they were able to continue their shopping and WE left... this is unacceptable! Needless to say I will not be returning to this Sam's Club ever! They apparently prefer the business of racist, ignorant shoppers! I'm very saddened that this is the world that we live in, my family and I cannot even safely shop without being verbally attacked and clearly this is okay behavior at this Sam's Club.
