  • Very annoyed by this clinic and the reception. My cat is diabetic and in haemorrhaging pain. As far as cats go, she was geriatric. I decided it was time to put her down. I called in to get a price to do so and they only would give me the assessment cost- they refused to give me a cost to euthanize and cremate my little feline. In this time of difficulty, I need a little sensitivity and I wanted to know the associated cost to follow through on my plan. I'm a little upset that they did not have the willingness to provide me a clear cut cost. That certainly is not a transparent business practice!
