| - I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from visiting this location. On 12/10 I found a chewed up finger nail in my iced coffee. I drank half of it before I sucked it up in to my mouth. At first the manager, David Parker, seemed to care and offered to give me my money back so I told him I'd stop in later that day. He said he'd communicate with the shift manager, AJ, that would be there that evening, but he didn't. AJ knew nothing about what had happened and I had to wait while he made a phone calls. He came back and offered me three free coffees and when I told him I thought a gift certificate would be more acceptable, he basically laughed at me and told me David would have to call me. David did call me and proceeded to tell me the nail did not belong to any of the employees, that I wouldn't be getting a gift card and, in a demeaning tone, told me that I caught AJ off guard with my request. Silly of me to not be more considerate of AJ especially since he was only caught off guard because they communicate as well as they don't put finger nails in their coffee. He said all they could offer is 3 free coffees. For management to not have more concern, and not take responsibility for this disgusting health violation and then basically accuse me of putting it there myself is the poorest display of customer service I've ever witnessed. This wasn't ketchup on my burger when I asked for no ketchup, this was a disgusting, filthy human finger nail that clearly someone bit off and spit or flicked and it landed in my cup!!! What else does this person do while on handling our food and drink???!!!! Corporate and the Maricopa County health inspector will be hearing from me next. I've been going to this location every morning for almost a year and this is how they treat a loyal customer.
