  • My wife and I were very excited to sign up after the salesman first approached our home, the equipment looked great and the price was reasonable. However when the technician came out to install the system we soon realized that the salesman was not honest with us, the contract term had changed from 3 years to 5 and the price had gone up from $49.99 to $54.99 per month. We were very disappointed by this lack of honesty and needless to say canceled the installation. The people were all nice, from the salesman to the technician to Chris at the office however we did not feel comfortable doing business with people who are not truthful. The Honeywell system looks fantastic, we will definitely be getting it however it will be from a different company.
