  • Horrible store assistance. Called them to find a product, said they were busy, and try and call back at a later time. When I called again, a few times nobody answered. When I finally got in touch with someone she was rude and told me all their computers were currently "busy". I called the Eaton center forever 21 store and someone helped immediately, as extremely polite and very helpful. I dont know if its bad employees at the Fairview mall Forever 21, or just the particular sales people at the respective stores I talked to. One of them was definitely uncultured, and rude.
