  • Superb experience! My realtor deserved a nice relaxing day at the Spa. I booked a day visit (as a local) for her and I and found a February special going on for a massage, pedicure, and a facial. I had to make a few changes on the service offered, as in a facial with a chemical peel, a deep tissue massage instead of a sports massage (stretching). Every time I had to call in to make a change about my reservation, the staff was attentive and helpful. Day of arrival-We got to the spa right when they opened, even though our services didn't start until 10 am. We were able to use the steam room and Jacuzzi, have a light breakfast and mimosas on the 14th floor balcony-outside-beautiful and then start our day of relaxation. From the luxurious warm and comfy robes and sturdy slippers, to the peaceful rooms to relax in, we practically had the spa to ourselves! Every room was clean and the spa was very inviting. There was not a single thing that was unpleasant. Oh, except the person giving the manicure was not very "friendly" but all in all it was a good experience for a Sunday, at a Spa-at a casino. I want to mention how sweet, caring, and professional Shyla and Maria were with me. I appreciated there concerns about my well being-the tenseness in my back and neck and shoulders, and the recommendations they provided. They knew exactly what I needed and they had just met me prior to the body scrub and polish and massage. I will be back! I also enjoyed shopping in the spa afterwards and went home with an identical luxurious comfy robe! Now I know to shop here when I come to visit the casino in the future. The product line is amazing and there are a lot of nice skin moisturizers available. We really enjoyed our day! It was extremely relaxing and very worthwhile.
