I used to go to this salon a few years ago, now i know why I stopped going..... I decided recently to give it another try. I made an appoitment 4 weeks ago and they neglected to tell me they were on the brink of closing the salon for renovations. They called me a week prior to my appointment that I could drive to Mesa during rush hour or cancel my appointment. There was no apology or remote care about rearranging my appointment. There is a serious lack of professionalism and customer service at Rolf's in Scottsdale.
Shouldn't you tell new customers that this might happen, get them in there sooner? Rent an exsiting salon (there are tons in Scottsdale that have gone under), partner with another salon? Just some ideas to keep your customers happy.
I will never refer or go back to Rolf's, there are too many salons in Scottsdale to compete with a rude cumstomer service there, train your staff!
