| - This little joint is off Boulder highway and flanked by a trailer park, so you can't walk in expecting the Pinnacle of luxury, but for what it is the Skyline is sufficient. It proudly boasts of it's "World Famous shrimp cocktail", though our waiter suggested it's really only famous to New Jersey, at best.
We went for the prime rib special, so that was what we had. Be aware that there's two levels of it, one that is $9.99 or so and the larger size steak with additional sides for $14.99. We upgraded after realizing we hadn't ordered salads with our meal, at which point our server clarified.
Service was leisurely, but covered all basics. We were in no hurry. When we asked about the dinner rolls we were told they hadn't been offered because they were rubbery, but we ate them anyway and they weren't bad, really. Salads had no cheese or croutons, which was remarked on by my companion.
All in all it was a sufficient meal, nothing to go out of the way for but convenient if you're nearby plus cheap and nostalgic.
