  • They are probably one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. Unfortunately, they were sent out from our home warranty company last year for a water leak. The workmanship of the repairs was very poor - grout was not the same color ( I have dark brown and they used white but told me it would dry to match and that was last year and it is still bright white); the kick plates they replaced are too short; the wood plank they replaced in our family room has a large gap. Unfortunately, we recently had another leak and sure enough they were the ones to be sent out. I would not let them do any repairs. When I showed them the previous issues, they stated that they have a whole new crew! No offer to make it right so they could perform the new repairs! This time they lied to the insurance company regarding hours and what they actually did - they told me they were going to Home Depot to get boxes so I could pack up my clothes and other items before they starting demo - however, 4 hours later no boxes, they demo'd my closet with all my clothes still hanging! and threw all of my daughters belongings in a pile....stay away from this company! When I called the office to let them know of this and that I would short the invoice to reflect the cost to have all my clothes and bedding laundered/dry cleaned, they told me to work it out with the insurance company. Don't let the name fool you! They do not care!
